My name is Deliana, and I am a Core Energy Coach, Motivational Speaker, Communication Trainer, Negotiations Consultant, Entrepreneur & Business Coach for Women and Co -Founder of Exceptional Woman.

As with all the coaches I know, my career started in another way.

I studied Interior Design and worked for many years in the real estate industry. Twelve years ago, in a team building, I met with this business Coach, and my life changed completely overnight. After the coaching session, I wondered what fascinated me about my job. I found two answers – leading people and negotiations.

Yes, I chose to study architecture not because I love concrete but because I was inspired to make beautiful places where people could find happiness and joy. And the negotiations inspired me because they reveal the essence of a person.

Yes, I met this coach and realized that I was craving more, and for a very first time, this “more“ seemed achievable. I have never found something more powerful when it comes to improving oneself and manifesting one’s wishes and goals.

I loved my job until I realized I had stopped loving it.

Through coaching, I found and finally live my bigger mission: To fill the whole world with powerful, financially independent, self-expressed, and self-determined women.
