We are Deliana and Stela, more than just business partners; we are sisters and best friends. Our dream is simple: to infuse enthusiasm into every day, pursue our passions, enjoy leisure time, and cherish precious moments with our loved ones.

This is how Exceptional Woman® was born:

Exceptional Woman® is more than just a brand; it is a mission. Its name is rooted in a book we discovered in our adolescence (« Exceptional Woman »), which taught us that every dream, no matter how big or small, can become a reality with unwavering commitment. It also revealed to us that a woman possesses extraordinary power by taking control of her financial destiny.

Exceptional Woman® represents the path to personal growth, self-discovery, and a creative way to leave a lasting mark on the world for us and all our clients.

Like many women, our turning point came with motherhood. We refused to conform to the oppressive schedules of corporate life, limited vacations, unsympathetic bosses, and the accumulated fatigue of juggling roles as dedicated mothers, wives, and employees.

We craved the freedom to dictate our tasks, collaborators, and workspaces.

Intuitively, we recognized that we must assume ownership of our enterprise to manifest this vision.

Despite our quest for answers through reading hundreds of self-help books, business, and finances and exploring concepts such as the law of attraction, happiness, and realizing our dreams seemed out of reach.

Balancing health, love, work, and well-being remained elusive, allowing the fear of unpreparedness to settle in and our lives dull and meaningless.

Then, one day, destiny led us to a professional coach. This encounter marked the beginning of an extraordinary adventure that transformed everything. Thanks to coaching, our dream became a reality. We left behind our respective careers in architecture and finance to become determined business coaches, helping women forge their financial destinies and live the life of their dreams. Each day spent with them is an adventure filled with enthusiasm and satisfaction.

OUR COACHES ARE CERTIFIED BY THE INSITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE IN COACHING (IPEC)

Earners of the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification have completed the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) Coach Training Program and have passed the final exam in accordance with approved International Coaching Federation (ICF) requirements.
